Originally from rural Southern Oregon and a first generation college student, my career path has woven capacity building for communities throughout the United States, Mexico and Peru. I have provided technical assistance and leadership to a diversity of environmental and social initiatives - from after school programs in villages abroad to disaster response nationally, agriculture tourism locally, and group peer support remotely. Passionate about service, I am proud of my three years of AmeriCorps service to my communities and country. The many hats I have worn over the last 20 years have supported individuals and families, nonprofits, grassroots groups, and small businesses… and a small herd of dogs, cats, sheep, cows and a few goats.

Life Crossroads We Serve
Life moves through seasons — some anticipated, some not. Our services are organized around three crossroads, each holding a distinct set of transitions that call for the doula model of care.
Hearth Crossroads
New parenthood, blending families, separation, loss, caregiving, and household respite — the transitions that reshape who we are to one another and how we show up for the people we love.
Living Well Crossroads
Reclaiming the life you have left, making the bucket list real, aging in place, crisis care readiness, and navigating health — the passages that ask us to define what a good life looks like on our own terms.
Dying Well Crossroads
Defining and honoring wishes, advance care planning, death cleaning, vigil, and legacy — the preparations that allow us to meet the end of life with clarity, dignity, and the people who matter most close at hand.
