PEOPLE Care

    • Qualified and registered with the Oregon Home Care Commission (provider number, training & background check) for Home Care Worker - can accept Medicaid & Disability DHS clients.*

    • Household: Light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, lawn/garden upkeep. 

    • Personal Care: Medication management, personal hygiene, cognition support.

    • Companionship: Sharing meals, creative projects, puzzles/games, great conversations & swapping stories.

    • Safety & Mobility: Being a nearby presence to assist with and monitor for safe mobility & activities (including transferring, walking, using a wheelchair).

    • Transportation: Appointments, social outings, errands, groceries & supplies shopping.

    *Note that DHS clients can only be accepted in Oregon at this time. California and Washington are expected to be added to our DHS service territory by Fall 2025.

    • Projects can be as simple or as elaborate as an individual desires, allowing for personal expression and the creation of lasting connections.

    • Inspiration for legacy projects comes from wanting to capture, organize, and share history and memories at any point in our lives. Projects can also be purposed for sharing and honoring a life story of one that has already passed - serving as a solace and memorable treasure, and/or as part of a celebration of life program.

    • Memories & History Digitization: Scanning provided on-site, great for archiving, digital scrapbook or slideshow creation, having a back-up of old photos/letters/genealogy records, in case of damage or loss. DPI options are 300, 600, 1200

    • Memory Book Creation: Original or digital material, family cookbooks, genealogy, scrapbooks, letters.

    • Multimedia: Writing letters, audio messages, oral history recording, video messages, video stories that combine photos, music, audio, and/or video clips.

    • All Ages: Newborns to teenagers.

    • Activities: Creative and outdoor activities for a good balance of healthy and engaging quality time with the next generation.

    • Educational: Infusing learning activities into care time. Care and tutoring services can be combined.

    • All Levels: K-12, college, and adult learners for all general education subjects, reading and writing.

    • Second Language: Spanish and English as a second language, for youth and adults.

    • House Pets: Feeding, watering, medication administration, waste cleanup, basic grooming, exercise, play, emotional support & companionship.

    • Farm/Ranch Animals: Feeding, watering, monitoring health, turnout/exercise, fence/gate security, milking, egg collection, horse handling.

    • Communication: Regular furry well-being updates on customized schedule & delivery method that meet owner’s preferences (call, text, photos, videos).

    • Essentials: Watering, weeding, & harvesting.*

    • Inside & Outside: House plants, gardens, greenhouses & small farm crops.

    *Small scall only, large scale requiring equipment operation is not included.

    • Household: Light house keeping, garbage/recycle, mail collection, & deep cleaning projects.

    • Out Buildings: Barn/shed/garage cleaning & organization.

    • Grounds Maintenance: Lawn/garden/landscaping upkeep, wildfire mitigation evaluation & recommendations.*

    *We are NFPA trained to do assessments for Home Ignition Zone and Structure Ignition Potential.

    • Developed & Undeveloped: House sitting & property presence parking (boondocking capable, no utilities or house accomodations needed).

    • Security Monitoring: Visual checks of windows & entrances for signs of forced entry or damage, reporting any suspicious activity, regular presence to discourage & handle squatting attempts.

    • Regular Inspection: Health checks to identify potential problems like leaks, pests, mold, or damage.
